Ok, I just installed cutenews. So now those who wish to comment, can. I'm using cutenews until Mistral helps me out with the whole Wordpress thing. Man, I'm so glad someone thought the image choice was great. It always takes me several days to find a proper image for what I'm designing unfortunately. :/
But enough about myself.
I really love the crispness of this design. The fact that it is so simple emphasizes all the minute details, my favorite being your font choice for the links and the utilization of those swirled lines.I'm really going to be looking forward to those tutorials and new resources.

Simply put, this layout is amazing. The colors look so, so nice together. YOu did an amazing job with the color scheme. The lines also really pull it all together.

Your textures are also fantastic. I'm definitely going to use some. :)
