Kloud-nine began as a anime/manga graphics site it eventually closed and is now hosting many websites as well as Mistral's blog. It was first hosted on Cyberpixels.com but then moved to Midphase.com were it currently is. It opened on November 28, 2003 and has gone a long way since. All coding is done on notepad and programs used are Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8, and Animation Shop.

Mistral is a 16 year old high school student she lives in USA and aspires to be a webdesigner. In real life she is quiet but if you talk to her on IM she is rather talkative and gets on people's nerves. She is born in November and is either a scorpio or saggitarus depending on the year. She's grown up to love music and is always seen listening to music no matter what she is doing. She is obssessed with anime/manga and fantasy. She especially loves unicorns and dark angels. She has continued to webdesgin due to the support and friendship of the very talented webmistress Heba. Mistral looks up to her dearly as she listens to my rantings all the time. Many people ask why this site's layouts arent blue and white with clouds and cute bunnies runing around but the truth is the layouts of this domain are darker and gloomy. Most people have got use to these kinds of layouts and anything else would seem odd. Mistral is mostly defined as nice and sweet unless you piss her off. She hates bad-mouthing, immaturity, close-mindedness, and concidedness. Along with that list also comes her hate for school and tests.
