Sarah is Jim's mother. She cares a lot about him and sometimes she wanted he was just like he was in the old days. She also didn't want that Jim would go to Treasure Planet.
Sarah runs the 'Benbow Inn' (her cafe) and you'll only see her in the beginning and at the end of the movie.
