Marshin Island [created by me @_@]
You Need:
Chocolate ice cream [or any other type is fine too]
chocolate chips
mini marshmallows
10 teaspoons of melted chocolate [more or less if you want]
scooper [or you can you a big spoon]
small bowl
First, take your small bowl and scoop about 3 scoops of ice cream and flatten it a bit with your scooper/spoon. [do this quickley so your ice cream doesn't melt]
then take a hand full of mini marshmallows and spread them around.
then scoop about 4/5 scoops of ice cream on top.
then, again flatten it a bit so it becomes your island surface [make the land point up a bit like a mountain!] .
then pour your melted chocolate around the island.
after, sprinkle some chocolate chips and there you have it! a Marshin Island!
Rice Crispie Bars
You Need:
6 cups Kelloggs Rice Krispies
1 bag of white marshmallows
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
No-stick cooking spray
Melt the margarine in a no-stick pan and add the entire bag of marshmallows into the pan.
Stir over medium heat until the marshmallows have completely melted.
Add Rice Krispies and mix together well.
Pour mixture into a big plate [looks like half a box?] that has been greased or sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Use a baggie that has been sprayed with no-stick spray to spread and flatten mixture with your hands. [put it over your hands]
Cut into squares when cooled.
I LOVE RICE KRISPIES!

Brownies
You Need:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup of melted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, using a sturdy spoon or an electric mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Add the eggs and beat until well blended. Add the cocoa and beat until thoroughlycombined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in 1 cup of the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean.
The brownies should still be slightly moist in the center, but should bounce back when touched.
Cool completely on a cooling rack before cutting.
