When I was in the middle of working out (which I did a lot) for the first time in a long time, I found I couldn’t lose any more weight. And I did the math. Six months of working out really made a dent in my exercise and I could finally see myself getting in my running shoes for the first time since I got them 13 years ago. At home when I’m not working out, all you need are these shoes.
After getting in my shoes, I was super excited for the whole workout. Just another day at the gym for those of my clients who came there to work out. I could tell that they were really excited about the chance to get fit but they could tell they were also excited about the chance to workout. New blog: I came home, showered, got ready for the next day, got in the car and drove down to the gym.
The new rule is: go, go, all you need to do is work out.
Before I started I was always the type of girl who wanted to be someone or something. It was always fun to be in a group of girls going to some sort of a thing or event. In a couple of weeks, I got to experience the opposite. Having been in this relationship for 6 years (and yes, we have still been together for almost 4) having gone to some of those events really got to me and I just couldnt get a hold of myself or my self self.

This page will be the inspiration to the whole website — if the title of this article is anything to go by, I can confidently state that this could be the start of a beautiful relationship in the 21st Century. The original blog was about a relationship with a man that I was going to marry. It was kind of hard to read because I don’t remember myself really liking him back then.
This blog is about all the beautiful things that happen to me and everything that happens in my life since I moved out of the states and started working again in this new life. I moved out of the states and started working for myself again. I started a new life to begin afresh all over again but with the person who made it all possible and I hope they dont mind me saying so here it goes.
