I don’t think there is anything worst than your phone line and your internet going down.

My phone line went down middle of last week. I quickly called the company and they told me they would send someone out to fix my problem the next day. The next day came and went and my phone did not work. I called again and they told me the next time they could send someone out would be after the weekend. I talked to about 5 different people and long story short it took over a week for my phone line to be fixed. I actually got exhausted explaining the story every time a new operator would pick up my call.

This stupid problem had me completely stressed not to imagine all the time I had to “hold” and wait for “call backs” just to find out what was the status on my line. Unbelievable! In the end the phone started working all by itself. They re-assured me they would send out people this morning to make sure the problem is fixed. Let’s hope that’s true.

I have three new brush sets for you! I actually have been getting them ready through this horrible ordeal. I just wish I could have uploaded them sooner, but better late then never!
