I really hope this will be a successful section on Imaginative Love.

Ah, the large piece of land that the Minamino family bought. I felt that I should use Kurama's human name for the family, but I'll refer to him as Kurama in my descriptions for the screencaps.
They are standing in the front after their purchase and are waiting for their house to be built. This was much fun, but it took me HOURS to make it.

After the many hours of killing myself to build their house, it is finally complete. It came out to be a two-story house. Yes... A two-story house for just two people.
Quite a few things were downloaded from different SIMS skin sites to make their lovely home.

As you can see, there are two doors for the front. Why? Because I thought it would be beautiful! I tried my best to make a nicely arranged garden, and I think the front garden is pretty nice. What gets me is that people step on the flowers when they come to visit. ;_;

The backyard isn't much of a backyard. It is pretty much of a walkway that lets you walk around from the kitchen door to the door that leads to the living room.
Many sakura trees are planted in the backyard along with a koi pond with fish. The backyard was for decoration and not much of a place to relax outside. That is where I feel guilty. I feel I should have given them a simple and homelier house.

Here is the second story. The camera cut off the library, but you can see where it is. There is only one bathroom, so they have to share. The second story killed me. Because of this floor, I realized I really love making one-story houses.
As you can see outside, the balcony has a walkway with doors connect from both Kurama's room. Both my brother and Yume thought that part was sweet.

This is the close-up of the garden in the backyard. I really do love that part of the house. You can see the koi pond much clearer as well as the other trees. The rectangles are the long clear windows so you can view the garden from inside.
The couch and brown walls are a part of the living room. Isn't the garden just lovely?

This is a better view of the balcony. There is a huge gap so the plants and fish may have sunlight. There is a swinging chair with cushions so they can sit outside. I got crazy with the flowers, so there are quite a few flowers in the patio.
I think the patio is nice and can't wait for them to be out here together. The door from the hallway is a metallic like door with a long glass window. ^^

Here is the view of the living room. It's the first room you enter when you step in from the front door. There is a piano and a fireplace. This room is my least favorite. You can also see the door that leads to the backyard.
In the hallway with the red carpet, they are decorated with tapestries. The house has quite a few paintings on its walls, so it may look either tacky or nice. ^^

I think that this might be one of my favorite rooms in the house. It has a trash dispenser and a dishwasher. I just have to make sure Kurama and Kagome learn how to cook so they won't set a fire. It's a good thing they have a fire alarm and a burglar alarm.

The dining room. A family needs a place to eat, right? So here is the dining area for Kurama and Kagome! When this picture was taken, the walls went down and that is why you can see the toilet for the downstairs bathroom.

This is probably my favorite room. There is an ikebana flower in the corner and plentiful bookcases. Half of this room is for games as well. They can play chess and pool. This room was well decorated in my opinion.

I was starting to run out of ideas of how to decorate when it came to the second story. The wallpaper for Kagome's room killed me. I tried going for a pink theme, but then it slowly changed to green.
She has a dresser and a teddy bear! She also has a computer of her own.

My brother decorated Kurama's room. I think it came out pretty nice too. It has a nice male furniture arrangement, don't you think? By his bed are flowers called Bird of Paradise. I think that they are beautiful.
He also has his own computer and bookcase. I liked that painting, so I felt he needed one? Kurama's room and Kagome's room may be plain, but they are still nice, right?
